Work that Body!


Work that body work that body, make sure you don't hurt nobody. Here's some cardio that will kick your behind.  All you need are some stairs.  I do everything in intervals.  I first start and do 20 laps of straight running up and down the stairs.  I then do rotations between the 2 different exercises shown in this video.  Do each exercises 3 times equaling 6 intervals.  If you can walk after that.... do another set!
