Full Body Bench Workout


                  



Needing to add some oomph to your workouts.  All you need is a short wall or bench and your covered.  I warmed up doing a 30 minute run outside before this workout.  Start doing 15 wall jumps, transition to running man on the bench for 15 seconds then end with 15 push clap push-ups. Do three sets of everything and you will feel like a million bucks!
