Jump squats on weights and Abs on Ball



These are two of my favorite exercises for Abs and Buns. Basic squats/jumping having your toes standing on a weight.  Adding that little incline makes your muscles at the bottom of your tooth work extra hard to tone/lift that muscle.  Do 3 sets of 12 squats.  Abs: basic ball crunch doing sets of (25 crunch intervals) first forward, next turning to the right and left rotating as shown in video.  Do each set twice = 100 crunches.
