My post workout protein shake or afternoon picker-upper. I always look forward to my post workout snack. I try and get something in my body no longer then 30 minutes after I workout. Protein shakes are refreshing and quick. These recipes are great for the kids as well.
Chocolate Peanut Butter:
1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder
1 Banana
1TB. Peanut Butter
3/4 C. Milk of your choice
Handful of Icecubs
Blend and enjoy!
Vanilla Strawberry:
1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
1 C. Coconut Milk
1/2 Banana
Handful of frozen Strawberries
Blend and drink up!
