Work that Body!

Work that body work that body, make sure you don't hurt nobody. Here's some cardio that will kick your behind.  All you need are some stairs.  I do everything in intervals.  I first start and do 20 laps of straight running up and down the stairs.  I then do rotations between the 2 different exercises shown in this video.  Do each exercises 3 times equaling 6 intervals.  If you can walk after that.... do another set!

Favorite Sports Bra Large Cup Size

My all time favorite sports bra for your tatas! When I'm out shopping I'm not looking for something pretty, I'm looking for something to keep those babies on lockdown.  I have tried dozens of different brands and I'm 100% sold on Lululemon's Ta Ta tamer.  It's designed for larger chested C-E cups and I love how you are able to choose your exact cup size rather then S, M, and L.  It provides major support and the fabric is breathable.  You can also switch up your straps in the back depending on how much support you need.  It's a little pricey but it's worth every penny. You can purchase them at Lululemon.  It's time to tame those tatas ladies!

Favorite Sports Bras Smaller Cup Size

Here are some great sports bras for lower chested busts and they are at a great price point.  Both can be found at Target for $25 and under.  They both provide medium-high impact support.  I personally love when a sports bra has molded cups that are removable.  You can choose to keep them or remove them. The front zipper is so convenient and you know you are getting great support. Both have been made with moisture wicking fabric. It is recommended to always hand wash your sports bras and line dry. Tame those tatas ladies!

Protein Shake

My post workout protein shake or afternoon picker-upper.  I always look forward to my post workout snack. I try and get something in my body no longer then 30 minutes after I workout.  Protein shakes are refreshing and quick. These recipes are great for the kids as well.

Chocolate Peanut Butter:

1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder

1 Banana

1TB. Peanut Butter

3/4 C. Milk of your choice

Handful of Icecubs

Blend and enjoy!

Vanilla Strawberry:

1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder

1 C. Coconut Milk

1/2 Banana

Handful of frozen Strawberries

Blend and drink up!

Self Tanner

Everyone wants that golden glow especially during the summer months.  After getting my Esthetician License my days of laying out at the beach are over.  I might semi admit I used to work at a tanning salon during high school.  Yikes! Over the past few years I have really tried to take good care of my skin. Here are two of my favorite over the counter self tanners.  Both retail at Target around $8.  I will rotate using them throughout the week depending on how much color I want to achieve. Tip: Be sure to wash your hands with toothpaste to not have orange palms.  Happy Golden Glowing!

I love changing makeup from season to season and summer is my all time favorite.  This year it's all about the natural bronzed glow with hints of pink.  I have fallen in love with all four of these products that can be found at Sephora or Ulta.  Since I have been a licensed Master Esthetician for the past 10 years I have learned the importance of Mineral Make-up. Full Body Bench Workout

                  

Needing to add some oomph to your workouts.  All you need is a short wall or bench and your covered.  I warmed up doing a 30 minute run outside before this workout.  Start doing 15 wall jumps, transition to running man on the bench for 15 seconds then end with 15 push clap push-ups. Do three sets of everything and you will feel like a million bucks!
