Full Body Workout


Here's a great full body workout in just 4 exercises.  Doing squats on the Bosu Ball really take it up a notch.  I learned some of these exercises at an Orange Theory class a few weeks ago.  They go straight to muscle building and toning.  Do 30-45 mins of cardio, then finish your workout with 3 sets of 15 of each exercise shown in the video.
