Single leg Squats, Hamstring strength



 
Leg workout video. Now that I'm training for another marathon it's time to prep my legs for some major downhill running.  I have a knee injury and these exercises helped me tremendously. Be sure to keep your hips parallel while squatting and don't let your knee go over your toe.
